Teen Smoking Rates Down, Thanks to Botvin LifeSkills Training Program
There are fewer Norwood City, OH, students smoking, according to the results of a Coalition for a Drug Free Cincinnati PRIDE survey. The survey, which focuses on existing conditions within schools and communities in the greater Cincinnati area, shows a 25.9% decrease over the last six years in the number of Norwood City 8th graders who smoke. In a continuing effort to keep students safe and healthy, the Norwood Health Department worked in conjunction with Norwood City Schools to implement the Botvin LifeSkills Training program.
